Multi-functional Work Wear, designed for Hengchuang Co.,Ltd

As part of a redesign initiative, I updated the coveralls based on feedback received. I selected a breathable fabric for increased comfort and designed a multi-functional pocket and loop system to enhance utility. This new design effectively reduces the number of motions required for tool retrieval, streamlining efficiency for the wearer.

I have decided to proceed with a second round of design and production！

To this end, I have returned to the factory to work alongside the workers and conduct research.

I invited the workers to join me in a trial wear and daily work test. Based on their feedback, I conducted several iterations of optimization, which included:

Enhancing functionality and making it easier to wear and remove (like adding detachable sleeves).
Optimizing the buckle system for tool kits, including jacket pouches, belt loops, and waist packs.
Refining the design of detachable name tags and pockets.
Adding a hidden pocket for aromatherapy.
